At the moment, the full Handed By collection is made of recycled plastic. ‘Join our journey’ and help reduce plastic waste. Everyone can contribute for a better world, for example by using less plastic in their daily life. Help the environment and look for creative solutions, solutions that will make things better for all of us.

Handed By products are all handwoven. Respect for the Asian traditions and habits is high-up in our agenda. We do not co-operate with heartless manufacturing facilities but directly with the handcrafters; mostly women working from their homes. We offer regular work to around 400 qualified craftswomen. After the work on the fields is finished or when the children are at school, these women generate extra income by weaving Handed By products. Either at home, with their husband, together with the neighbour on the porch or with a group of weavers somewhere in the village.

This shopper is strong and offers enough room for your daily groceries, or for a day to the beach. Available in a range of colours, which ensures that there is always a colour that matches your look. Easy to clean with water. Braided by hand using recycled plastic.

Handed By products are all braided by hand. We find it important that Asian customs and customs are respected. We do not work with cold production factories, but with the craftsmen themselves.
Handed By gives used plastic a second chance. We recycle industrial waste and use it to make strap, the basis of our baskets and bags. Plastic waste that would otherwise be thrown away and end up in the environment with all the consequences that entails. We make granulate from the plastic waste, which is used for every product. By using recycled plastic, we are slowing down the process of running out of Earth's natural resources.
